To the Coast Again

Just over a week ago was the 2006 Hood to Coast Relay. This was my fourth year running, and, as always, was a really fun time. I'm not sure how running three 10K races in 24 hours is fun, but oddly enough, it is. The team did great aside from a couple slightly-botched transitions. I was about nine seconds per mile slower than last year. I guess I'm still getting older! Pictures
