Andy's Place - Tokyo

It has been a long time since my last post. For that, I'm sorry. Time has been quite a precious, and the blog got put on the back burner. So, this is update #1.

In mid-July I went to Taipei and Tokyo for my current work project. Taipei was all work. It was good to see many people I know there. Unfortunately, Jim Lin was in Singapore that week. No time for fun stuff beyond some good dinners, but I have seen Taipei.

Luckily, I did get a weekend in Tokyo. Here I was lucky to have Matt as well as Loren's friends show me around a bit. Tokyo was wonderful. I never really had a desire to go there, but now I do. There is a wonderful sense of tradition and honor that almost goes to the extreme. I must say I am now looking forward to returning as soon as I can.
